Integrated Program
with Certified CNVC Trainer Kathleen Macferran
This 5-month program is designed
to help you integrate Nonviolent Communication into your leadership
style to maximize your effectiveness. In this course you will
develop skills that support:
- Increased sense of trust in your own abilities to connect,
influence and lead
- Mutual trust with those you are working with
- Inspiring
others to join you in creating the world in which you want
to live
- Improved ability to articulate and convey what matters
most
- Creativity and cooperation
- Team learning, trust, connection
and honesty
Eliciting useful feedback
1 Saturday (10 AM-5 PM) and 1 Friday morning (10 AM-1 PM) each
month. at 187 Parfitt Way SW, Suite G100 Bainbridge Is., WA
(8:45 AM ferry from Seattle).
